SPECTRE Global
Space-Based RF Exploitation for Strategic Intelligence
Overview
SPECTRE Global is the flagship deployment of the SPECTRE product line, leveraging commercial space assets to deliver persistent, global coverage of the RF signal environment. This capability enables the extraction and exploitation of communications externals data and metadata across multiple frequency bands and protocols.
Technical Capabilities
- Frequency Band Coverage: Includes Ku-band (10.7–12.7 GHz), Ka-band (26.5–40 GHz), E-band (71–76 GHz and 81–86 GHz), and others for high-capacity downlink and backhaul communications.
- Protocol-Agnostic Exploitation: Capable of extracting metadata and externals regardless of protocol (TCP, UDP, IPv6, IPoS, etc.).
- Communications Externals Extraction: Measures signal characteristics such as timing, frequency, modulation, power, and directionality to identify equipment types and operational patterns.
- Metadata Analysis: Extracts and correlates IP headers, routing information, and session identifiers to build communications profiles and network maps.
- Equipment Identification: Uses signal fingerprinting and spectral analysis to identify transmitters, receivers, and satellite terminal types.
- Real-Time RF Mapping: Provides dynamic visualization of spectrum usage and signal activity across geographic regions.
- AI-Enhanced Processing: Applies machine learning to optimize target sets, detect anomalies, and classify signal types.
- Secure Dissemination: Delivers processed intelligence via encrypted channels with customizable formatting for operational use.
Mission Impact
SPECTRE Global empowers strategic intelligence operations with persistent access to RF communications metadata from space. It enables early warning, situational awareness, and threat detection by exploiting the signal environment of commercial satellite internet services—without reliance on provider cooperation or protocol specificity.
